Autumn
Well I haven't pulled out the "Bits and Pieces" posts for a while, so I thought while it's a slacker day at work, I'll do some looking around. For those of you who are newer to the board, this post is just full of interesting links that I find on various fitness and lifestyle websites that I come across.

Call it a boob fetish, but we're always thinking about our breasts – squeezing them into push-up bras against their will, agonizing over cup size in bathroom mirrors, keeping them from bouncing when we're on the treadmill. We also worry about them. But the fact is, our breasts are constantly in flux, a function of fertility, hormones and other factors such as diet. And though breast cancer concerns are always at the back of our minds, there's no need to stress. Prepare to expect anything from those unpredictable orbs.

More Potassium, Please
Learn how this important mineral helps keep blood pressure in check--and how to eat more of it. One out of every four Americans has high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. Although lifestyle changes can help—such as being physically active and quitting smoking—when it comes to diet, most people think lowering sodium intake is the most important change they can make. But studies suggest a team of minerals—including sodium, calcium, magnesium, and potassium—keeps the heart pumping smoothly and blood pressure on an even keel.
