Cool Food List that works with Fitday!

I was trying to find some nutritional info on Diet Red Bull, when I came across this great list of foods (including restaurant foods) that not only gives you the nutritional information on foods, but adds it to fitday.com with a click of a button!
Try this out!

That IS cool to have- thanks Miranda!
{You know I have it in my favorites already...I think Gretchen gave this very link a while ago, but apparently the reminder was needed, LOL)

Doh! I have used this site many times and never noticed the "add to fitday" button. Maybe it's new.
Gretchen it IS new! I emailed the woman to tell her we were posting her site on our messageboard because so many of us use Fitday, and she was thrilled!
For some things it just saves so much time!

I agree I often try to figure out something similar rather than put in info for a new food. I usually already know the amount of calories so I'm not off on that but the other nutritional info. could be off.
Not to mention those foods that should be in fitday but I can't find. Sweet potato comes to mind. lol Looking for M & Ms this week and can't find them. I would think they would already be in there and I just don't know how to spell it right. I know how hard is it to spell M & Ms???
Now THAT's cool! Took me a lil while to figure it out but COOL! Thanks for sharing!
