hi,
iam new to this board a mom of a two years old and trying ttc again,i have a very lazy life style,and need to do something, i just want to know that what is better to lose weight an elliptical trainer,a treadmill or a tread climber? what is the best affordable brand that one should buy ,can you give me some advice on starting exsercise programme that i can continue in my pregnancy, any advice on starting a wt loss programme would be appriciated...)

Hi there, and welcome!
You know, one of the most affordable and worth while ways of getting into a routine of working out is walking. You can do it virtually anywhere and other than a good pair of sneakers doesn't cost much at all.


If you are totally new to working out start off slowly, we like the term baby steps around here. Another great thing to add is water. Drink at least 8 glasses a day. It really does wonders for the body :-)
