Anybody watch???

The red team is really bugging me! Does anyone thing that Kim was right and they were being silly pouting and not working out? You can't quit or give up just because life doesn't go the way you want it to. I have done this myself and end up feeling worse than if I would of just tried to keep keeping on.

What was with them on the escelator challenge. I would have walked till it pulled me through the gates. However, I think it was probably much harder for these guys than it would have been for me.

Pam and Marty did great.

I watched it! I do agree Gretchen, they were a little whiney, though I think they were a little shook up after that vote by the blue team. But you're also right- don't give up! I was a little peeved at them too. I think Kim did the right thing by 'coming out with her true self' to them, they seem to have a little more respect for her. I think that's going to be her MO- to get to really know the "players". I was happy they won the weigh-in.

As for the escalator challenge-- shouldn't they be used to something like that by now with all their workouts? I'm sure they have stair climbers. Though 10mins straight it tough!!

Marty kind of surprised me, he's been waaaaay in the background until last night. As for Kai, she just bothers me!!

I agree the red team is getting annoying, here they have all these help given to them and they sit there and act like children. I was suprised at the low numbers on the scale since they typically lose a lot more. Melinda looked great she really took what she learned from the ranch and applied it at home.

I agree with you about the red team. They have a lot of strong personalities over there and they needed to pull it together and act like a team! Kinda glad they won last night's weigh-in - Bob was getting kinda cocky!

It's another thing I like about this show is that the trainers are for the most part professional but every once in awhile you can see there more human side. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

The contestants really put themselves out there. Even if I don't like someone I respect the fact that they are putting themselves in the position where they really show their best and worst sides. Glad to see the trainers are paragons of virtue or something.

This year I'm cheering for the blue team. I do not like the red team even though they keep winning. First of all I miss Jillian. But second of all I hated the way they treated their trainer, she did not ask a lot of them when they were feeling sorry for themselves and boohooing the other day and they totally were mean to her, if Jillian was there she would have done a lot more than just made them run down to the fence.

Plus I have never really liked the whole gloating aspect of the show. I like the people that are driven and want to lose the weight but not the ones that are trying to rub it in anyones face. Some people on the red team don't bother me, but the girls do. They bug me.

I was so sad to see Melinda go home. I loved her. *sigh* I really felt Erick should go home I know that Erick can have been numbers for them because he's a big guy but he's also a liability in the fact that he has no stamina in the challenges he was the first one out on that stair climbing.

I don't like the gloating either!

You have a good point about "if Jillian were there!"

Uggh I really wanted the blue team to win tonight. I was really pulling for them. Mainly because Kai really bugs me, her smug look on her face just irks me and I don't know why but that other girl on the red team I think her name is heather, her belly button grosses me out, it's HUGE it skeevs me out.

I think Amy is right, I think the blue team made a mistake in not voting out Erik. I think he's a liability to them when it comes to competitions. He doesn't put up that big of numbers to really help them in the weigh ins and he's not very athletic and tends to be detrimental in the athletic competitions, I mean for heavens sake in the stair climbing competition he was the first one out and on the blue team Amy and Marty were the last two ones on that team left. I hate that men tend to stick together instead of stepping back and looking at the bigger picture, I could see what Amy was trying to tell Bobby when Bobby was trying to say to vote out Marty that Marty was a bigger threat to his game in the end, but Erik just didn't help them as a team at the moment and right now, they are still a "team" and need to be working as a team when they branch out and work one to one then worry about yourself but while you are still working as a team, keep the strongest athletic players on there. THey just didn't get that. They were too busy trying to keep the men on.

Too bad.

But she got her revenge, she looked SMOKIN HOT!!!! 88 lbs is NOTHING to sneeze at.

Smile,

Deirdre
