Anyone prone to blisters like me...

So I'm really prone to blisters when I'm walking on the treadmill, I found this recommendation for this product that pro athletes use when running. It prevents chafing, blisters etc.

You should get the skin formula if you are interested in preventing blisters. Just passing on the tidbits.

Hey Dee, I know this product is used by runners all over to prevent chafing from seams in shirts, etc.

Yup. One of my running friend is using it, especially before long runs.
For me, I only get chaped when running wearing cotton outfits or socks.

Thanks for the tip Dee.....the only time I really suffer from blisters, is from new shoes, but then again, the only shoes I wear right now and my sneakers, that are 'worn' in, and my flip-flops.
Hope you find it works for you-

Update on this product.
I have used this and I have to tell you. It really works. I have not gotten any blisters since I've been using this. I am actually amazed. I couldn't imagine that this stuff that looks like deodorant that basically you rub on your skin would actually prevent blisters but it actually does. I'm in love with it.
I almost always got blisters when I was walking on the treadmill before and they were so painful, I would waste a ton of money wrapping up my feet with blister pads and stuff trying to prevent them but who knew this stuff was so good.
Anyhow. I just wanted to get back and let everyone know its worth it, for any runners or anyone who are prone to chaffing or blisters.

Deirdre
Thanks for the update! I'm not moving fast enough get to get blisters, but when I go walking in the summer, I found that I would always get blisters on the part of my foot wear the rough part of your heel meets up with your ankle, on the side. So I will keep my eye out for that!

Deirdre
