Yes, I need to get my butt in gear..of course right in the middle of my pity party i had my car accident and although I am not really hurt, I am giving my muscles a few days to make sure I am not really hurt..... but then i need to get moving....or rather on a more regular basis..
Oooo - sorry to hear about your car accident. Geez! Can you catch a break? Good idea to take care of yourself 1st though before you start to get moving again! Hope to see ya around here more often too!

LOL- My way of thinking has definately changed (and my actions too)ROTFLMBO
10 years ago I worked out for over an hour every day (WAAAYYYY early in the morning)to be fit and trim. I didn't do it for my health, my motivation was to find a man.
Fast forward, I have a wonderful husband and don't work out any more (and I really need to-Gravity is affecting me). I am more conscience now about human 'mortality' and realize it's up to me to do my part to stay healthy. I *know* I need to change my diet but haven't done anything about it yet.
