Hi.I find I get in a rut- cereal or english muffin w/peanut butter. What are some good healthy low cal or low fat things you enjoy for breakfast? I can't wait to try something new!

I'm not a big breakfast eater myself...it's usually coffee and toast for me too. However here's a couple of ideas I found:

Carrie, I try to mix my cereals, so I get some variety.

I have a meal replacement shake within the first hour of waking up.

I have a few different breakfasts I like:

Slim Fast shake

Frosted Mini Wheats (I actually get the Malt O Meal brand and have like three different flavors)

Wheaties

Instant oatmeal

English Muffin

Sometimes I have an apple or a banana along with any of these.

I usually eat a protein bar or a granola bar with 2 cups of water within an hour of waking. But since I wake up at 3am (too early for a real breakfast), I'll then have oatmeal, grits, or eggs with a cup of coffee around 7:30-8:00am.
