Since I'm trying to get on track- I am starting with my arms this week. This comes after the shock I experienced when I waved good bye to my family for my weekend of solidtude and my triceps were waving in the opposite directions. *GASP* First thing in the mornings, I pick up my 5 lb weights and start doing some reps.

I would like to also focus on my stomach. I feel my body shape changing from a ruler into an apple. So I am determined to do something about it. Not sure what to do yet. I'll start another post for suggestions.

Susan

I voted everything, but my legs/hip areas could be a close second. My problem isn't one particular area - i love my shape, i just need to burn the extra weight and get my health back up. I am healthy - all my nubers and tests at the doctor are great, just need to drop the extra weight...

(Good to see you Susan!!)....for a number of reasons I voted combo-

  • want to lose about 10more pounds (after I hit this mini goal)

  • want to become more toned

  • want to have a healthy diet

  • want to be happy.....

Well I voted "Combo" because honestly, I need to work on my hips/thighs, but would like to drop a few pounds and just generally tone up all over.

Are you going to be too early to experience the new 'healthy' menus they are putting in at the Disney parks?

LOS ANGELES (AP) - The Walt Disney Co. will begin serving more nutritionally balanced meals at its domestic theme parks and will sign movie and other endorsement deals only with restaurants that limit fat and sugar in menu items, the company said Monday.

Trans fats will be eliminated from meals at domestic parks by the end of next year, and will not be included in licensed and promotional products by 2008, Disney said.

Disney Chief Executive Robert Iger said the move came in response to comments from parents about the eating habits of their children.

Let us know if you see any changes when you're there!
