Thought I'd just take this for the fun of it.....and am kind of blown away by my results:

You have moderate stress.
Think about how to manage your time, energy, and commitments. Find ways to relieve your stress: increase physical activity, learn breathing exercises, or have a massage.

Although everyone responds differently, major life changes are some of the biggest causes of stress, both positive and negative. This interactive tool gauges your stress level based on the number of life changes you have had recently. Your score indicates a rough estimate of your current stress level and the likelihood that you will have health problems due to stress in the next 12 to 18 months.

Short-term (acute) stress can keep you awake at night and make you feel irritable and edgy. High stress levels over a long period of time (chronic stress) can cause serious health problems such as high blood pressure, and it can weaken your immune system and make it difficult for your body to fight disease. Stress is linked to health conditions such as depression, heart disease, and asthma.1

I got "high stress" - I'd venture to say the majority of the people I know would receive the same status.

Agreed-- hard to schedule most things in ;-)

All in all I think we all have some amount of stress, and really it's just a matter of how you deal with it!

VERY surprising to me that mine came up as "low stress". I often feel "stressed out" with work, the kids activities, school, etc...

Go figure,

It's sort of an interesting quiz, becuase, if I recall correctly, it never asks how do you deal with stress?? Plus different situations, jobs, etc...stress us all differently.

It says I have moderate stress. I would agree. Seems like there's no way to live without moderate stress!
