Hi Trish! I'm not on any diet or exercise routine right now, although I am trying to eat less processed food, and fit in a more active lifestyle whether that means walking more during my day or trying to fit in a bit of extra activity when I have time.
I started going back to the gym when my son was in grade one, so about 9 years ago, and would like to get down to 120 pounds. Right now I'm at about 130-132, but I'd like to tone up my body overall as well.
