How many hours do you have???

Y'know, I've been trying to figure out why I am lacking any sort of motivation to do anything. I know it has come down to a big schedule change. I go to bed with DH, so sometime btwn 9 and 10pm. But I realized, I get home at 6pm from work. So, think about it. Let's say it takes me 30 mins to wash up for bed, and 30 mins for dinner, and let's assume I don't do anything else. That means, I have 2-3 hours, for whatevers.
I think this is why, I don't want to do anything. I get up at 6am, go to work, get home at 6pm. All I want to do is relax. Not workout.
So, I'm curious, do you tend to schedule yourself so you're constantly busy? How much time do you have from the time you get home, to the time you go to bed (if you work out after work)?
I seriously was starting to think maybe I should workout in the morning, however, that would mean, getting to sleep no later than 9pm, and waking up around 4:30 or so.

See, your schedule looks more like mine. Relaxing. lol. Not so "high strung" (no offense to anyone else).
yes I know, whatever works for me. But whatever works for me, is soooo abnormal that it's NOT working for me. lol. I think I'm down to week 11 until the 5k. at this rate, i'll be walking the darn thing :(
Okay, I am going to try the morning thing. that way, DH is either still asleep or barely waking up. and for wahtever that reason is that I feel strange when he's there, won't be there.
Sometimes, I just wanna kick him out. lol.
Okay, you guys need to help me. What do you think is overkill, and what do you think is "smart"? Here's my daily schedule. I'd like to start working out in the morning.

Sunday - usually I don't do anything. I'm a blob (perhaps a Yoga workout (seek out 'an-easy-to-do one' over at www.collagevideo.com

My goodness I'm going to sound like I lead a life of leisure here!!
6.45: up, shower, clean bedroom, living room and general get ready for the day stuff
7.10: (approx) breakfast, on computer, check our board
7.30: get ready to leave
7.45-11.30: school
11.30-12.30: lunch, board posting
12.30-3.15'ish: school
*depending on the day; class, meetings, conferences, nothing
4: workout (if nothing else going on)
4.45: shower
5.15: usually the board again, or school work on the computer
7: dinner (running late tonight with this great post, LOL)
8: relax (TV usually)
10-11: bed
See....life of leisure!!!!!! LOL
I could definitely make more time to workout, I'm addicted to the Internet/computer!!!

I like that, walk with DH and Miko. Mostly with winter coming, it's cooler (or sometimes has been). That would be nice. early dinner, take a walk. :) I'm thinking my schedule will look like this.....
Typical day, but not set in stone.
5:15 - wake up get dressed for workout
5:30-6:00am - work out (although, it may be shorter in the beginning, will need to up the time as I get more in shape)
6:00am - take Miko out (on my weeks...we switch off)
5:30 - wake up get dressed for workout
5:45-6:15am - work out (although, it may be shorter in the beginning, will need to up the time as I get more in shape)
6:15am - shower, get ready for work, get foods together (for the day)
7:10am - leave for work
7:30-5:30pm - work
6:30pm - home and eat dinner
7:00pm - dishes
7:20pm - homework (I figure, 40 mins a day, is good. :))
8:00pm
LOL. On the upside, I surf all day, so I have no real "want" to at night. However, I do need to do school work. I think if I make a schedule and stick to it, things will work out good. I'm getting psyched up for this morning thing. We'll see how I do when I REALLY wake up at 5am, instead of talking about it. lol.
I figure, since I get to sleep by 10pm (acutal sleep), that waking up at 5am shouldn't be too hard. And since it's dark anyways, big deal, I'm kinda used to that. We'll see how badly this affects DH. And then if it does, we can all say, "TOO BAD" lol.
btw, what time is it there? in the 7pm hour? is that why dinner is running late? BTW, thanks for helping me. lol. That goes for everyone. I really need to figure something out. I think my best bet is morning. I hate it, but well, I just can't seem to do anything at night. :(

Oh, and the current time here is 10.40'ish....
