How many hours do you have???

Y'know, I've been trying to figure out why I am lacking any sort of motivation to do anything. I know it has come down to a big schedule change. I go to bed with DH, so sometime btwn 9 and 10pm. But I realized, I get home at 6pm from work. So, think about it. Let's say it takes me 30 mins to wash up for bed, and 30 mins for dinner, and let's assume I don't do anything else. That means, I have 2-3 hours, for whatevers.

I think this is why, I don't want to do anything. I get up at 6am, go to work, get home at 6pm. All I want to do is relax. Not workout.

So, I'm curious, do you tend to schedule yourself so you're constantly busy? How much time do you have from the time you get home, to the time you go to bed (if you work out after work)?

I seriously was starting to think maybe I should workout in the morning, however, that would mean, getting to sleep no later than 9pm, and waking up around 4:30 or so.

getting nervous. tonight i'm supposed to do something, no biggie. but tomorrow morning, is my first morning workout. i hope the gym isn't overly crowded. it seems that most people go to work later than me, so i think i'm safe. anxiety is creeping in. time to listen to my tapes. :)
