Seven Ways to Lose it Challenge!
Exercise * Food * Water * Brain Work * Relaxation * Rest * Rewards
Exercise
Our goal is to exercise a total of 150 minutes each week. This works out to an average of about 20 minutes a day. Each week there will be a different focus to work on.
