Journal question?

When you write your journals is there an outline that the board likes to follow? Are we suppose to update it everyday or are weekly recaps okay? I almost want to start a journal but I don't know how consistently I can keep it up and I don't want to annoy the board. I was thinking about putting:

# of calories & type of food

water intake

workout routine

mood/thoughts of the day or week.

Is there anything else I am forgetting?

I almost feel if I start a journal and there is an expectation of people wanting to read it I will feel more pressure to stay with it.

Danni- there are no rules or regulations in our journal section :-)
After all, it will be YOUR journal, so whatever you're interested in recording will work. I am going to post an idea for journal entries to go with the challenge. (I'll post it under the 'Main' challenge post)

Journalling here is a great way to stay accountable-- and everyone is SO supportive. Looking forward to seeing you down there!

Danni, your journal is to track or write down anything you like! Everyone here seems to follow a different format, and it really depends on what it is they are concentrating on, so you just put down whatever you like!

When we have a challenge going, it's easy to just copy down the goals and track those, as well as any thoughts.

I do find that keeping a journal is good for accountability, and it is great to get the support from everyone as well!
