When you look at your diet, what color do you find that you eat the most of? Is there a color group that you find you eat a lot of (reds/oranges, or greens, or browns/grains)?

Hmmm, I know I usually overdose on carbs, like rice, potatos, crackers. So I think I'll say browns/beiges.
What color do you think you lack in your diet?
I'm not very good on carrots, or red foods like berries and the like.

I eat tons of brown/beige carbs.

I guess the majority for me would be in the beige family too, though I do quite well on greens.

Normally I have a lot of variety. Pretty good at reds, yellows, blues, whites...

Green for sure. I eat broccoli and peas but other than that I am not a big fan of green vegetables.

I would have to say browns/grains and greens. I love steamed broccoli and could it eat it every day.

Definitely reds/oranges. I don't like too many fruits. The only fruits I can tolerate are apples, sometimes oranges, and pineapple.
