I finally got around to watching the episode today and I have to say I am extremely disappointed in the episode.

First of all, the people at the ranch, namely, Bobby, Kai, Heather and Eric were ridiculous in the fact that they were very negative about the newcomers coming in and not at all welcoming, besides Kai being fake and transparent. What makes Kai or Eric think they are more important than anyone else??? Seriously? It had to be extremely difficult for those two people to come into a house where everyone has been friends for like 9 weeks. It would be like being the new kid in school, for crying out loud Kai and Heather were moving beds so they didn't have to share a room, how juvenile and "high school" was that?

THEN imagine my surprise when the two trainers got in on the act. I was extremely disappointed in the trainers but ESPECIALLY Kim. What on earth was that, she was about as catty as Kai, first of all I thought it was incredibly condescending of her in front of the whole group to basically equate Adrienne's weight loss to A) her age and B) cutting out alcohol. While I'm sure those are major factors, how about being supportive and pat her on the back and say she did a great job at home?? And the next thing about telling her if she trained alone she would never train with a trainer ever?? HUH??? Come on are you serious???? What is wrong with this trainer, why is she such a witch? Where is Jillian, Jillian would have never made her feel badly. Why couldn't have Kim seen where she was coming from, I could, she had just lost an amazing amount of weight with no help from trainers or nutritionists or anything all by herself, and then she goes and works with a trainer, she doesn't feel like she's working as hard, just longer and she's tired, and she's afraid that all her hard work is going to be for nothing. That has gotta be everyone who is heavy's biggest fear that the weight will creep back on and when you have a steadfast way of losing the weight say running 10 miles a day and eating turkey and eggs than you are afraid to break from that routine for fear you will gain weight and she was VERY heavy. I don't know why Kim would be such a witch to her instead of just recognizing that fear.

Bob I don't think was AS harsh but he was still pretty hard on Jaron as far as the eating and maybe it was editing but I didn't feel like Bob was doing a good enough job of explaining why eating 9 oz of Turkey everyday for the rest of his life was a good thing for Jaron. Just saying to him, you'll get bored wasn't enough, I think he had to say something more like your body will get used to this calorie consumption and stop losing, or you need more vitamins from vegetables or blah blah blah and maybe he did and they edited it out but again, Jaron had the same issue that Adrienne did, they didn't have the trainers and nutritionist they just had themselves and they found a groove at home that worked for them, so their reluctance to break from that was obviously a big fear instead of being mean the trainers should have been more sympathetic.

I would have liked to see Eric pull a fast one on Kai and vote out Heather on her at the last minute like an old switcharoo, I really wanted Heather to go home. She is as fake as Kai is. I think Adrienne is young, she's 22 the rest of them are older, married, have this bond with each other. She feels like an outsider. I'd like to break up Heather and kai's team. Eric had to know once one of those two went home there would no longer be duos that everyone would be on their own so who would care if Kai was mad at you. Tough crap.

Overall the show annoyed me tonight. Bob annoyed me with his "why didn't you finish?" crap. Really? They had 50 million bricks, everyone else had these HUGE and heavy things to move and they had all these small items. The rest of the teams totally did it to show them up again, it was more of an us against them mentality and the new people know it. I was disappointed that Jaron went to work out with Kim after just one workout with Bob.

Can I just say Wylies arms are looking GREAT!!!!!

My final thoughts, Way to go Bobby, he looked awesome, although he totally needs a haircut he was looking like howdy doody there with the curly hair when they showed him at the end but he lost like 96 lbs total now, that is AMAZING!!! And can I just say his little boy Mason is adorable.

At this point I'm still rooting for Marty. I think he has the most positive attitude, he was very welcoming to the newcomers and I haven't really heard many negative things from him. I would like to see him win.

Smile,

Deirdre

I am going to see when this is on. I have never watched it before. The only thing I watch is survivor and this year it's mainly because I use to go to school with one of the contestants! Imagine that! It's about as close as I have ever come to knowing a famous person. Oh well. Biggest Loser sounds interesting though.

Oh I'm just cracking up at your wit here-- he was looking like howdy doody there with the curly hair --just about killed me LOL-- too funny. Yes, he did need a hair cut!

Brad has his up. He is the one I went to school with. It was sad to see him being voted out. I am sure everyone in our small town back home was sad for him. His family never watched Survivor before he made it on!
