Okay Ladies, our boost your brain challenge for this week is to find foods that are rich in the following vitamins and minerals!


So I want you to list a food that is rich in the first vitamin on the list (Vitamin A), then we'll go to the second in the list, and so on. By the end we should have a list of foods that will help us reach our nutritional requirements! Now you might have to do a little

Vitamin B6: (assuming they don't have to be orange to go with our food colors this week) Spinach, but if they have to be orange; bell peppers :-p

Great job ladies! The foods certainly don't have to be related to our color of the week, so just list any food that contains the vitamin or mineral! Maybe just copy and paste the list, so we can have a running tally!

I didn't even know what biotin was...and it is in a lot of the foods we eat!
