Okay Ladies, our boost your brain challenge for this week is to find foods that are rich in the following vitamins and minerals!


So I want you to list a food that is rich in the first vitamin on the list (Vitamin A), then we'll go to the second in the list, and so on. By the end we should have a list of foods that will help us reach our nutritional requirements! Now you might have to do a little

Vitamin B6 - Spinach or Bell Peppers


Vitamin B12 - Eggs, other Dairy products


Vitamin C - Oranges


Vitamin D - Salmon, sardines, shrimp, milk, cod, eggs


Vitamin E - Wheat Germ Oil, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Peanut Butter
