Ok, is it normal for the top of your legs to rub together? Or are you too skinny if they don't...sorry for the strange question.

I don't know about "normal", but mine do and have since I gained so much weight.

ok I don't know the answer, but I have been walking around my flat all morning concentrating on whether or not my thighs rub together or not. There is slight rubbing...

Firstly, welcome to the 30's board-- and now onto the 'weird question'-- not weird at all. I think that most women have at least some sort of rubbing of the thigh area. I know I do ;-)


'Couple of years ago I was walking/jogging/running a lot more and found that helped reduce the size of my thighs, though I will say I'm think I've a good shape leg ;-)

Y'know, when I was younger, I'd see ppl walking around, and they'd be wearing shorts, and their shorts, would be hiking up at the crotch. I used to wonder why that happened. Now I know. It's because your thighs rub together. I have that problem now. :( Maybe that should be my goal too. No thigh rubbing. So yes, it's normal if you gain weight in your legs. Actually, I'm not sure if it's normal....if you're not overweight. Interesting.

icramer, it is definitely not a weird question. My thighs have rubbed together for so long that I barely even notice anymore - not that that's a good thing!! LOL


I think that the inner thigh area is particularly hard to tone as those muscles aren't used very often. Like IG said, running and walking will help tone those muscles and the
