Body falling apart!!

I am wondering if anyone in their mid-thirties have experienced this. I feel like my body is falling apart since turning 30!! Since turning 30 I had to go to a chiropractor because hip was out and later because rib was out. The one side of my back hurts, so I go and get it massaged(that part I don't mind!!):) A couple of days ago I ran on my treadmill and now I have pulled something in my foot. I had a bad root canal done which is causing me major grief while I wait to get it fixed. AAAAHHHHH! I'm sure I'll get better, but I'm just frustrated because I want to keep exercising, but I can't. I just don't want my body to hurt anymore!! Anyways, off to the doctor.

It's a pain isn't it? (I know bad pun)-- Welcome to the board!

I think there's a number of us here who are seeing the same things as yourself- just really screams at us to take care of this body we have- it's the only one we get!

Hope you're tooth gets mended soon, and that the trip to the doc went well!

Yes I agree! I think that's why I get so frustrated because I want to take care of my body, but then I get a set back. Oh well. My foot is feeling much better. I'm hoping to get back on the treadmill slowly in a couple of days. The doctor's appointment went fine. Thanks for asking!

Oh, I hear ya loud and clear....and this has been going on all my life. Little things. Here and there, so, not since I was 30, but body wise, my DH and I joke, that I'm "broken".

I have feet problems (plantar fascitis in both feet, but diff kinds), I have lower back problems, knee problems. I started doing aerobics (low intensity cuz of the knees) and next thing I know, I have shoulder tendonitis. I have wrist tendonitis too from work.

I think it's the only thing that is keeping me sane. If I didn't laugh about it, I'd defintely cry about it. BTW, I love your tree. :) Makes me wanna go to Hawaii.

Welcome to the board! I often joke that it's not if I will hurt when I wake up, but where I will hurt! I bring most of my aches and pains on myself so I try not to complain to much. A couple years ago I nursed a pinced nerve in my shoulder from shooting archery - took a good year to heal all the way. Since starting Taekwondo I hurt all over the place. I get one spot healed and then something else hurts. It's not so much the regular Taekwondo that hurts, but I train on the olympic style sparring team - full contact sparring. A very tough sport to start in your 30's, like they say though no pain-no gain! Hopefully we will all be in such great shape we will fly through our 40's with the greatest of ease!

I understand about hurting doing taekwondo. My daughters started taekwondo in August. After a couple of weeks my youngest, who is 7, complained of her leg aching. And she's only 7!! What an intense workout, they enjoy it. I find for aching muscles I use Myoflex cream and rub it in the area. For dd it worked well.
My foot is feeling much better. I walked on treadmill for 20 minutes yesterday to see how it would be. I wonder what will break down next?;)
