Feeling Good in China

Hello all,
Just wanted to stop by and say hello. China is lovely and the people are delightful. Granted I cannot read or understand a word of chinese, I am having fun trying to learn. I teach non-english speaking students and I think that has helped me along with the fact that they hear the american accent alot. One thing that has been surprising is that I think I may have lost another two pds since arriving - there is a scale in our bathroom and in the ladies locker room. The locker room is slightly less, so whilst on holiday I am taking the smaller weight. :) We are in a glorious 4 or 5 star hotel with a great fitness facility and a pool. It's really nice here and I can see why expats come to stay in china as your money surely does go a long way here. The food is interesting to say the least - not too different that what I have had before so it's not too hard to eat - granted I am craving a nice big salad!
There is something that has surprised me even more, I feel not necessarily thin, but I feel like I good pretty good! I am really happy I lost an extra 7 pds before coming, really gave me more conifidence, and those dang gap jeans are still looking great, although a bit baggy, but I am not going to complain. The chinese are thin, however there are some that resemble the average american size. I bought a body warmer and it is a bit loose, however it is an extra large - I am not taking it to heart as there sizes tend to be a bit smaller. So that's about it ladies. I hope you are all having a wonderful week!
