Ok so maybe love is too strong of a word, but seriously I think it's been the best peice of advice I have gotten. I use it all the time and find that I will plan my meals with it. I enter in all my food before I eat so I know how my day looks. We eat our main meal at lunch - cuz its term holiday and I can cook during the middle of the day. So yes at 10am I am entering brest fillets, opting to forgoe the bread crumbs on mine and am stoked to find that I have about half of my daily allowance to go after my main meal. I shoot for less than 1500 calories a day. The reports are also great - I love seeing the little ball float across the weight ranges. Yes perhaps you might think I am a little nutters, but for me it's a little project and if I am meant to do this for the rest of my life, I want to make sure I have the right tools of the trade.
So thanks for the tip ladies! I have passed it along to so many of my friends who have also started to use it. And yes I would download the pc version if it ever came to that, but I don't think I shall till I absolutely have to. Question, if you do download the pc version, are you able to export the pre-existing data into it?
Have a great Tuesday ladies! I get to go shopping, meet friends and who knows may have a glass of wine. :)

I have the PC version on my home computer and I like it even better than the online version it's got a couple other things more than the online version plus I like having it right there on my desktop to use rather than going online.
But I don't know that you can transfer the stuff you've already put online to the one to the PC. I'm assuming you mean if you've already created custom foods on the online version??? I don't believe so. At least my pc version didn't transfer that over but my pc version is a lot older I bought it years ago when the PC version first came out, it may have gotten more sophisticated since when I purchased it.

I love Fitday too! Of course I should be much more diligent about using it! ;-)
As for whether you can transfer your custom items, I'm not sure. Perhaps there is an email address that you can send off a question to on the Fitday site?
Yep - I agree! Fitday is a GREAT site! Hope you enjoyed your day!
I agree about Fitday! It really gives you better perspective on what you're eating and where your calories come from. I use it a lot.
