So what is up for the week ahead?
I have today off (MLK Day)-- tomorrow and Thursday we have Open Houses at school, so people walking in and out of the room all morning (will probably be a little crazy in there). Getting a new rug for my living room sometime this week too :-)
What is your fitness focus this week? Do you have a particular goal to achieve?
Plan on getting at least 3 workouts in during the work week, I know this is very doable, no meetings and today off!!
What does the weather look like? Will that affect your plans this week?
Should be pretty much the same as usual. "Chance of rain 30%' (it's been raining at night for the past couple of nights, making things nice and cool for sleeping in)

So what is up for the week ahead? Not much but usually there is something I haven't thought of.

What does the weather look like? Will that affect your plans this week? Not sure I believe it but says it will be in the low 30s. We've been in the single to negative digits since Thursday and today's high is suppose to be 19. However, it's only 4 at 10:00.

I have class tonight, a dr.s appointment for Matt as he has got a horrible cold. I have all my fitness classes starting this week (M-W-F), and would like to try to finish off my bedroom this weekend!

Well, I am going to go to my fitness classes - Pilates Fit on Monday and Wednesday and Super Sculpt on Friday. I also hope to do the Tuesday night Namaste program on TV.
What does the weather look like? Will that affect your plans this week?
Hmm, 20-30 degree farenheit. Maybe some snow. It shouldn't really affect my plans, but we were supposed to go out for a birthday on the weekend, and if the weather is nasty I might stay in.
So what is up for the week ahead? Same ole, same ole... actually a little less than normal because I got a lot crossed off my "to-do" list this weekend! Just have my annual appt at the breast cancer center wed and boy scouts friday besides the normal cleaning and exercising...

A couple fun work events ~ a dinner with a guy friend tonight. Two karate classes and at least run (if my foot is holding out ok) and a chili cookoff with a dear friend this weekend!!

Only to make it to karate twice and to get 2 workouts in in addition to those classes. One strength and one cardio.

Oh it's very Nashville-like. 60 degrees this mrning, turning into rain and dropping to less than 30 degrees by tonight. BIZARRO!!!
First to all those in the low single digits, I feel for ya. All those in the teens, I feel for ya. Anyone in the negatives? come to CA. We're in a cold front too, so for me, this is COLD. The other day, I told Miko (the dog), that we can't go out until it breaks 40. I am wearing thermal underwear to TAKE THE DOG OUT!!! NUTS!!!

Not much. This is my first FULL 5-day week. This won't be fun. lol

Busy, busy!! Dentist appointment, speech therapy on Tues and Thurs for daughter, catching up on housecleaning!!!

I want to walk (on treadmill) at least 3 hours this week as well as work on my arms and abs 4 times this week.

Weather is iffy...rain may change to ice tonight. We'll have to wait and see!!!

Just work and taking the kids to their activities. Nothing special.

I'm just following the 30-day challenge. I'm trying to get to the gym as much as possible and stay motivated.
What does the weather look like? Will that affect your plans this week?
I'm not sure. I think it's suppose to warm up. If it does then we'll probably get out and go snowmobiling. I might get out the cross-country skis.
