How do you dress to work out?

I'm guessing most of this is in my head, but I "can't" work out in long pants or anything with sleeves.

You are not crazy. I tend to match my gym clothes and depending on how I feel I look. I wear snugger or looser trackie bottoms as it correleates to how my butt and theighs look. I tend to go to the snugger ones after looseing weight; the baggy bottoms are there for in the beginning. Tanks and T-Shirts are interchangable, depending on the weather really and how I feel my upper body is looking. The walls are the gym are mirrors, so I tend to want to like what I see whilst running on the tread mill.
Besides, is it really a problem that you think about what you wear to the gym, at least you are going to the gym!
Nope you're not crazy. LOL
I can't stand anything with sleeves when I workout. I hate having my armpits covered, because I feel like I'm boiling to death. LOL
I usually wear yoga type pants not too clingy and not too loose. Then on top I just wear tank tops, I have a ton of them and they are my standard workout wear. :-)
I hate working out in pants, I prefer shorts or if its really cold, capris, and kind of fitted I can't stand loose flowing things when I'm working, though I did tend to wear baggier ones when I was heavier, not I go for more fitted ones. I like tank tops or the sport tops that are like sport bras but

I wear leggings and a sports bra if I'm at home. I'm just not comfortable enough to wear spandex infront of anyone but my family so if I'm going outside or to a class I wear a tanktop and
I'm kind of all over the place with my workout gear.
I ALWAYS do short sleeeve tops, haven't done the tanks.
At home I usually wear spandex shorts
Hmmm, about the underwear. I know usually I'm a thong person, but
It's just you. HAHA
I like capri yoga pants when I work out. I love the way they feel they are really soft.
When I am at home I just work out in my sports bra, but if I am out I put on a teeshirt don't need to scare anyone with the flub.

Well I think if I was in colder weather I would do pants.....probably not long sleeve shirts though- but who knows. Don't forget I'm a cold wussy!! LOL
My usual attire is a tank (or tee- the sleeves don't bother me too much) and shorts. The kind of short depends on what I'm doing, and where I am.
Walking at home any ol' shorts will do- even boxers ;-)
Down in the park I prefer cycling shorts, don't like the rubbing effect of loose ones, at least at home I can adjust anything that needs to be adjusted without having to look around first!!
I suppose, like Vanessa, I'm a little all over the place as well- though I have to say the panty thing has never even crossed my mind- until now LOL!!!!!
