Anyhoo, how was the weekend? Did you stay on track? What seemed to be the biggest issue fitness/eating wise over the weekend? Yes I stayed on track food wise. Meaning I kept track of everything I ate. Not that I age great but I was very good at writing down what I ate. Will have to go to fitday here in a few and see how I did.

I didn't get in the walks I wanted to but did park far away from the stores I went to over the weekend to get in a little extra walking that way.

What is up for the week ahead? Any big plans? Nope not really.

What's your focus for the week ahead? Getting in a little more exercise this week and seeing what i can do better food wise.

What I'm Reading!

Weekend was good-- a little fun on Friday and then lots of R&R!!! The biggest issue was not getting any workouts in, and not drinking enough water!

What is up for the week ahead? Any big plans?

Couple of meetings, Open Houses, but nothing planned outside of work...

Walking.....

Weekend was an eating disaster. I didn't do any formal exercise, but did keep busy moving furniture, and a LOT of walking while shopping.

I find that a lack of routine is my downfall on the weekends, and really throws off my eating.

Class Monday, Matt is going to a concert on Thursday, I have a meeting Friday night. Matt is off all week for exams (which he finished last week). So a pretty quiet week all in all.

What's your focus for the week ahead?

I think to really concentrate on being conscious of what I'm eating and drinking and to try to get at least one workout at home. Have my three classes at work, and hope to get in my yoga workout at home too.

Weekend was relaxing, I really did not to do much, my yougest had the stmache flu and I had a tootache so we stayed home most of the weekend. Did go to the dressmaker on Saturday to see some fabric samples.

Yes.... I stayed on track... got in my workouts and didn't drastically overeat! My biggest issue was a headache

On track? NO! Got stressed last night, knew what I was doing and why, and still shoved everything I could find in my mouth till I was overstuffed full on junk. I'm trying not to let it get to me today and just continue on as if it didn't happen. Only major change is that I made a point of not weighing in this morning.

DS turns 16 today! I'm old. Waaah!

What's your focus for the week ahead?

Keep on keepin' on. Got my schedule worked out to fit the running workout. Eat right and not get sidetracked by my oops day.

Weekend was pretty good. I won't say I stayed on track because I hadn't even opened the gate yet. LOL I did start SOMETHING. I rode my DD bike 1.4 miles on Sunday (I found out quickly how out of shape I really am ;0D ) I also started tracking everything I was eating and if I remembered I wrote down WHY I was eating. I found out that if I'm bored, I tend to want snack foods. I'm excited that I was able to find a corelation there. My biggest issue over the weekend was getting motivated. I really wasn't. The weather was rainy and cold and I just wanted to stay in my sweatpants under the blankets. I did watch the Oprah episode with Dr Bob Green. I liked the steps he outlines in his plan. I plan on picking up his book this week.

I started my presciption from the Doctor. I'm not really sure what results to expect but we'll see. Also, I am researching personal trainers to help jump start my workout program. DH and I checked out a large gym about 30 minutes away and after seeing the prices, I knew for sure we'd be making a monthly donation and not utilizing the membership. I'm still looking into home gym equipment but that doesn't really excite me much.

What's your focus for the week ahead?
Increasing my water intake
Decreasing Pepsi consumption
