Alright ladies, I thought I'd give you some more info on what is involved in the challenge ...
We will focus on exercise, food, water, and sleep/mind.
The challenge will be to accumulate points in each area. You will have 3 different options so that if you have a busy week you can aim for the lower points challenge, and if you're feeing up to it, aim for the higher points!
For exercise we will focus on differnt things like stretching, weights, cardio, etc. You will have a 'minutes' goal to achieve or aim for each week.
For food we are really going to focus on logging our food, and most of the challenges will require you to track your food intake either on a website, or in a notebook. We will also have some challenges related to fat intake, fibre, protein, but the big challenge here is to make sure we are aware of what we're putting in our mouth!
The water challenge is going to be to increase our water intake, and to make sure that out of our overall fluid intake, water is the primary source.
As for the sleep/mind challenge, the lower point challenge will just be to get ENOUGH sleep, and the higher points challenge will be about making time for yourself.
So get ready!! This weekend I will post the Week 1 Challenges, and we'll get started next Monday!

Cher, I will say that we have built in some lower point challenges so that even on the weeks where you can't fit in a ton of exercise or log all your foods, you can still accumulate points. One of the goals for this challenge is to make sure that we are never just standing still or backsliding, that even small steps count towards the end result!!
