I purchased several in the last few weeks and am trying to learn more about how my body works, what I can to improve my current shape and how to eat healthier. So far I've read, YOU on a Diet, Women's Stregth Training Anatomy and The Best Life Diet. So much information is available and I realize that there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. In the past, I wouldn't know where to start to improve my overall health so I just kept doing the same thing and wanted different results. No wonder I was so frustrated.
Now that I've begun to learn some new tips I can see improvement already. I was so shocked! What other books have you enjoyed and learned something new relating to health?

Susan, I've not read a lot of books that I've found useful, but "YOU: on a Diet" is actually on my TBR (to-be-read) list for this year. I'd love to know what you thought of it, as I'm trying to figure out if it's worth buying! Let me know if you thought it was worth it!

Not lately Susan....think the last 'health' book I read was about the Fat Flush diet. There's been so much about You on a diet; I'd be interested in hearing what you thought about it too.
