My trouble would be with my diet. I love to exercise. But I also love fattening foods. I cannot live without carbs. I do fine with breakfast, lunch, and mid-day snack. I go overboard at dinner because I have to eat with the family, and sometimes I eat a late night snack that isnt healthy.

Welcome back! Food is a tough one for sure - I'm horrible when I go and eat with others!

Food is definately my barrier. I love to exercise and would workout everyday if I had the time.
