What time do you eat?

What time do you eat?

I'm curious about this. I know that during the week I am totally regimented in terms of when I eat, etc. On the weekends it's a different story.


Do you eat 3 square meals a day? Do you snack? Do you have dessert?


My schedule is:


Breakfast: 6 or 6:30
Snack:10:30 (have been trying to have yogurt or grapefruit)
Lunch: Noon or 1:30 depending on whether I have exercise class)
Snack: 3:00 (other have of grapefruit)
Dinner: 5 or 6:00
Dessert: If I have it it is immediately after dinner


Sometimes though I find I want to keep eating from the time I have dinner to the time I go to bed!! LOL Usually this is during TOM, and honestly I have to go to bed to stop eating!

Weekends are always off for me too. Weekdays are very much the same. Breakfast at 7. Lunch at 12. Snack at 3. Supper varies a little, from 6 to 8. I do fine with just those but find when I am tired I start to feel snacky. Time for bed or I will graze on anything fast and easy. I find myself saying to our two youngest,'You're not thirsty. You're tired. Go to sleep.' Apparently the same theory applies to adults and hungry.

I find it, also, hard to do right on the weekend.

Breakfast - 6:30


Snack - 10:00 ish


Lunch - 12:30


Snack - between 3:00 - 5:00 I try to wait as close as I can to dinner because if I eat to early I'll be starved while I'm cooking dinner and that's never good.


Dinner - 6:30 ish


Weekends I try to follow a 2 hour rule. If I eat breakfast at 8:00 I can't have anything else till 10:00 then lunch has to wait till 12:00. Hopefully I'm busy and can go longer or whatever.

I'm the same as you all too...the weekends seem to be whatever, whenever.

But my weekdays are pretty good,
Breafast between 7:30 and 8:30
If I have a snack, usually around 10
Lunch around 12:00ish
Snack, if I have it, around 4
Dinner sometimes as late as 8:00

I do still try to keep something similar on weekends, but it most always involves too much eating out.

Like most of you it's the weekend for me where things start to get a little screwy too. The work schedule really does seem to help us keep on track! I think it's because we are up, and out of the house!???


Breakfast: 7'ish


Snack: (munched from the class snack table) around 10- w/a coffee!!!


Lunch: about midday. Sometimes I take it back to school with me. It all really depends on how I'm feeling, lunch is probably my worst meal at the moment!


Snack: sometime after school (if I have one) before 5pm


Dinner: between 7 and 8pm


Treat: (not always).....but I'd count a beer or chocolate (whatever the craving) as a treat. There's no real set time for this either!!!
