This week was terrible for eating way too many treats!! It was everywhere! Home. Work. I have been trying to really watch my sugar and carbohydrate intake, and I have loss a few pounds which I'm happy about. I'm still going to the gym regularly, so I know I won't feel gross for too long. It was a great week but now I feel blah. Did anyone else have similiar experience?

I did indulge in some chocolate and cookies this week! I know what you mean, the sugar tastes good while you're eating it but

We had possible the yummiest oatmeal raisin cookies in the office this week, and not the small one's either, so I did over do it. Luckily our coffee shop and bagel place downstairs at work closed this fall, so right now we've only got a Booster Juice close by!

Yup....had some chocolate around this week too- I bought two bags of Kisses for the kids in my class (and if I had been completely honest we could have done with just one....) kept the remainder....at home! D'oh- have slowly made my way through them ;-)

~well done on getting to the gym and compensating for the treats last week though!

I got my boyfriend a box of chocolates and had 1.5 pieces They have also finally started to stock ben and jerry's chocolate brownie frozen yoghurt. It's about 180 calories per 100 grams, or a 1/4 of the pint, and I have been enjoying a little bit after my main meal. I don't feel bad at all either. They were well within my 1400-1500 calories. As far as I am concerned I am going to eat whatever I want, within reason, cuz there is no way that I can avoid chocolate, why would I want to, for the rest of my life.

Now after reading these post, I could go for a bit of it now, but am saving the calories for our meal out tonight. :)

I love the Ben & Jerry's chocolate brownie frozen yogurt! It doesn't taste "low-fat" at all to me. Yum.

I haven't seen this in our grocery stores, but did you all hear about Stephen Colbert's new Ben and Jerry Ice Cream?

It's called American Dream:
