Found this earlier and knew that some of you would be

Diet-Friendly Chocolate

Research shows that chocolate — especially dark chocolate, high in healthful flavonoids — can lower blood pressure and keep blood platelets from sticking, thereby reducing risk of stroke. But because our favorite chocolate treats are made with butter and sugar that ramp up the calorie content, we can't justify a whole chocolate candy bar every day. But don't despair. We've measured out 100-calorie portions so you don't have to resist your favorite treats. Choose the dark chocolate versions whenever possible, for improved health benefits.

Ooooo yum! I am LOVING all these 100 calorie treats! My favorite right now is the Lorna Doone 100 cal packs! yum!
