QOTW: What will be Different about ...

this month, than last?
So the question for this week, I want you to think new beginnings!! Spring is just around the corner, and the birds are beginning to sing (well, spring darn well better be right around the corner!). So think about what you accomplished, or didn't accomplish last month and tell us what you are going to do differently this month.
It could be simply about how you approach your fitness and eating, or it could be an actual action that you are going to take like working out an additional day a week. It can be as simple as vowing to start off your day with a glass of water before your morning coffee!

My new step will be to exercise more. And I am pretty sure I'll be able to do this with the new machine. Ugh. I just hope it comes BEFORE March is over. Until then, I'm going to make more of an effort to eat better, do my PT exercises, listen to my hynotherapy, and yes, exercise (walk, bike, elliptical, whatevers).
I'm making better food choices, but I slip sometimes. I want to make MORE better choices on a consistent basis and "slip" once a month, not once a week. lol. Hey, I'm trying.
Well I've been at about 135 for about a year now, so I actually AM consistent! I'm consistently eating great during the week and sucky on the weekends! LOL
