Hi there. I haven't been around much. I have been doing O.K with exercise, except lately. I've been sick, but I'm much better and need to get back on the treadmill. This week my dh is away, so I won't be able to get to the gym. This is also a stressful week at work for me, so I'm really going to have to push myself to exercise. I think I better start journalling again!!

Lori, great to see you here again! I see your post below about challenges...you'll have to wait and see- and perhaps give us a week or two ;-)
Glad to hear that whatever was ailing you is gone now...hop back onto the wagon with us this week- yes- start a journal!! Remember baby steps. Start implementing small changes, and work from there.

Hey Lori! Good to see you back! Sorry to hear this is going to be a tough week for you - do what you can, and make sure you have something to relieve that stress - be it exercise or just some quiet time for you!
