I have never been an early riser.

Apparently I agree with you Darla ;-)
I was thinking, because of your comment about your afternoon classes that that's what you voted. I voted evening time. That's when my body really wakes up; yes, I function quite well during the day, but no matter how I'm feeling on a particular day, I seem to really be 'with it' by about 5 o'clock. I've had some of my best workouts at that time!

I did go through a phase where I did early morning workouts, and they did feel great.....but to do them consistently at that time is not something my body can cope with....

I voted for early morning, although that isn't the time I'm working out right now. I remember when I would swim or exercise in the early morning, I really felt fabulous all day. Right now most of my exercise is at lunch which is fine too - it gives me a pick-me-up for the rest of the day, but I just loved how I felt when I got to work and had already worked out!!

Of course, I'm a pretty disgusting morning person and have always really enjoyed that time of day!

I voted early morning! I don't necessarily LIKE to get up early but I'm more consistent when I plan morning workouts!
