1) What types of flowers/vegetation are you going to grow this spring/summer?
I'm not quite sure - we never plan anything outdoors until after the May long weekend, as it's entirely possible that we may have snow up until then! LOL But I usually plant herbs of all sorts, peas, and this year I'd like to find some nice rock garden type flowers.

I have planted Japanese violas in my window box, ivy in the planters by the front door...hubbies peppers are sprouting in the kitchen...and some have been planted outside already. Blue Daze is lining the driveway...the bulbs are blooming. My wild fire lettuce has just about been eaten up (by me!), the oregano, trailing rosemary, and silver lemon thyme are doing well. I still plan to put in two new Endless Summer hydrangea, and have to plant the hibiscus and marigolds up by the pool. We have had a lot of warmth here and the grass is turning so green. Even the recent cold snap didn't get too bad...although we did have to cover the peppers to protect them from the freeze one night.
2) What's your favorite outdoor activity?
I absolutely love the pool, both hanging out and swimming. I would love to start bike riding again...my son finally learned how at the age of 13! Maybe I will look for a bike so we can ride together...hmmm...
1. We'll grow a vegetable garden and herb/salad garden. Nothing particularly exotic just all the usable veggies so I'm not running to the store:)
2. Geez, I love being outside and I'm usually on the move. I think I'm looking forward to trail running, canoeing/kayaking, and swimming(don't worry I wear a wet suit in these chilly spring lakes)!

NO green thumb over here - won't be planting anything!
