Well ladies, I was a bit stumped for a QOTW this week until I saw that today is National Stress Awareness day! That's right, we're supposed to focus on how aware we are of our stress levels. LOL

What ways do you reduce stress that are good/healthy for you? Are you a runner? Do carrots calm you down?

What unhealthy ways do you try to reduce stress? Are you a carb addict? Do you oversleep? Undersleep?
Eating sweets carbs, generally overeating, and over sleeping. I tend to not want to get out of bed. LOL
