So ladies, let's get ourselves in a positive frame of mind here. I know April has been a bit of a gong show for some of us, a lot of sickness this spring, general hectic-ness (is that even a word???), and computer issues have slowed some of us down, and that's not even getting into the overall laziness that has afflicted others. Well okay. Me. It's afflicted me. LOL
So
What are two of the most positive things that happen to you when you are really on track? Sleeping better? Does your skin glow? Do your breasts appear perkier?? LOL What are those things that you notice first when you 'got it going on'??

Hey Sonia, I agree about the positive outlook. Just that one little bike ride today has got me smiling all day long!
So my two would be - positive outlook, and the fact that I just feel more attractive when I'm exercising. Well okay, not at the exact moment I'm exercising, but in general, when I'm on the wagon, I feel like I look better!
