I need help. I tried to take diet pills an and I broke out in hives. I just start working out. To the biggest loser work out. It is hard I amd doing it. I do not know what else to do. I am taking vitamins. That is all.What else do I need to do. I cut out the chips, sodas, candy, and fatty foods. I brought more fresh foods in to my diet. I gave up pasta and bread. I eat them every so often. I eat fish and chicken. It taste good. I feel like I am still not really losing weight. What else there to do. Can some else help me. Am I doing the right steps. I weight about 235 I am wanting to get down to 140. How can I lose 20 pounds in two months.

First of all, welcome to the board! it sounds like you have made some great choices to get you started! Way to go on sticking with the workouts!
I think that losing 20 pounds in two months may be tough - in order to maintain your weight loss you should be looking at losing 1-2 pounds per week. When you lose a great deal of weight quickly, you are more likely to gain it back. Slow and steady definitely wins the race in this case.
I would make sure you are logging your food in a program like www.fitday.com or something similar. Be careful not to take in too FEW calories, or that will put your body off kilter and you may find that you don't lose the weight at all. Generally women are advised not to go below 1200 calories per day.
Drinking water also helps

One thing you didn't mention was water consumption. KEY! Try to drink at least 64oz each day, some even say up to half your body weight.
