Bloated!!!!!

For two weeks now I have been eating extremely heatlhy and drinking tons of water. My goal is to loose 15 lbs. In the first week, I gained 2 lbs!!
I weigh 135 and would like to get down to 120. Basically, to feel lighter and healhier.
Typical day goes like this:
Brown rice -rice cake with tbls spoon of all natural peanut butter
banana or apple
tea
water
lunch:
soup
salad
dinner:
veggies
brown rice or brown rice pasta
Water, water, water throughout the day. Snacks include carrots and hummus or fruit. I have basically eliminated all white food (salt,sugar, flour, bread, dairy). I usually eat very healthy anyway so this diet is not too extreme for me. The hardest part was giving up the wine!! I still feel heavy and bloated. My clothes are still tight. I have been excercising and taking my vitamins too. What gives????? I am so frustrated.

JoJo, welcome to the board! It sounds like you are taking all the right steps, it could just be that your body is taking time to adjust to the changes in your diet (no matter how slight!). Are you drinking quite a bit more than you used to?
