Ok, so I would like to know if anyone has suggestions.
I have long, normal to dry hair (dyed) that I'm proud of. I work in an executive environment so I try to get my hair blow-dried at least once a week. I've never been able to wash my hair more than twice a week without it getting really dry and frizzy.
Here's my issue: I just started running a couple of months ago and my routine is 3 times a week between Sunday and Wednesday morning. Wednesday at lunch I get my hair blown out. The problem is that I cant always get my 3 workouts before Wednesday morning so, sometimes I just end up with less workouts because I don't want to ruin my hair.
Does anybody have any suggestion as to what to do with hair so it's not ruined by sweat? Any products worth looking into? Anything? If I don't sweat my blow out usually lasts up to 5 days (it may sound disgusting for some, but my hair is not oily so its actually fine)
Thank you in advance.

I know where you're coming from; living in the tropics I have the same issue- throughout the whole year!! I usually try to do my 'active' workouts before I know I'm going to wash my hair (about 3 or 4 times a week). After I dry my hair (at home) I use a straightener.
For info on products you might be better asking the ladies over on the Beauty and Style channel: here's the Hair board link- http://messageboards.ivillage.com/iv-sbhaircutn

Hmm, I totally understand about not wanting to ruin a good blowout. How about fitting in the workouts (if you have to do it after the wednesday) on a Friday and keep it tied back in a braid or something that will keep it neat and smooth? That way if it really messes it up, you might be able to slip in somewhere over the weekend to get it fixed up.
I'm not sure about products, but IG has a good suggestion about visiting the products board.
What about having an alternative workout for those weeks when you can't fit it in before wednesday? Like maybe a yoga workout or a home DVD?
