Well this is it ladies. It's May. It's halfway through May. Which means that every fitness magazine and every TV talk show will soon be featuring promises to get you "Bikini Ready" in 6 weeks. Or 8. Or 2 months. Or by next weekend. LOL

So I figured we'd get the lowdown here

Have you every followed a Bikini Bootcamp type plan? Has it worked? Never followed one.

What makes you inherently distrustful of diet/fitness plans? Is it an unrealistic timeline? Supplements? The source of info?

Nope....too regimented for me!

Diets that cut out food groups....for me the key really is moderation!

What would make you trust a particular plan as opposed to distrust a plan? Is it a person associated with that plan? A key ingredient like all natural foods?

Meeting a person who had done it and seeing the results for myself. It irks me that most of the plans out there advertise showing people with "results not typical"....why not show us someone whose results are typical?

Do you think the USDA food guide or Canada food guide is realistic? Is there another food pyramid scheme that you think does a better job of providing a food guide?

I'd have to do some research on 'other' food guides.....I didn't even know that Canada had a different one from the US!
