How was the weekend? On track...off track? Weekend was sort of in the middle.
How was the weekend? On track...off track? Stayed on track exercise wise but did horrible with the food.
What lies ahead for you this week? Kind of busy finishing up the school year for the kids so have concerts, plays, awards stuff etc. to do.

How was the weekend? On track...off track? I have been horribly off-track for over a week now :-(
What lies ahead for you this week? Girl Scouts tonight, Soccer GAME tomorrow night, soccer PRACTICE Wednesday night

How was the weekend? On track...off track? Oh yes, let's do grab the week by the horns. My weekends are terribly off track!
What lies ahead for you this week? Not much besides a bday party Wednesday and getting ready for Memorial Weekend.
Are you working on a challenge or plan at the moment?
If so, tell us a little about it....My only plan is that I've asked dh to get up 20 minutes earlier every week day so I can take a quick power walk every morning with out the kids. Some days, maybe a lot of days, that may be the only exercise I get but it's better than nothing.

Weekend was good- sort of off track though. I wasn't completely off the wagon, but know I could have been better!
What lies ahead for you this week?
It's one of those weeks for me again- p/t conference today, dentist tomorrow (extraction UGH), nothing planned on Wednesday, interview a new student on Thursday as well as another p/t conference, 8 p/t conferences on Friday. Looking forward to a l-o-n-g weekend!

If so, tell us a little about it....
Just really my own thing going on- watching portions and what foods I'm consuming. Making sure there's fruit and veggies everyday. Getting some sort of movement in each day!

I's say on track even though I wasn't planning any track.
It's been great to see what everyone's up to with their own challenges or whatever....
Darla~ your self-challenge looks like a sensible one. Good job on keeping up your water level over the weekend.
Gretchen~ great job on keeping up with your exercise goals over the weekend. Hope you can keep up with your morning schedule this week!
Vanessa~ wishing you luck with your Fat Smash challenge! Looks like a busy week ahead for you- good thing the plan is set up already for you ;-)
Rebecca~ that's a great idea to get DH up with the kids to allow you time for a quick walk in the mornings. Hope it works out for everyone, mostly you though!
Ann~ sounds like you had a nice weekend, and with a busy week ahead that's a good thing. I'm looking forward to the long weekend myself.

How was the weekend? On track...off track?
**Waaaaaay off track. But we had a big birthday party, and I resigned to one small piece of cake and a scoop of nonfat ice cream. So I was kinda good. And I ran on Sunday with my girl.
What lies ahead for you this week?
**Well, I ran today, and will be doing some plyometrics in about an hour after my dinner finishes settling. I'll alternate between running outside and on the treadmill, and swapping days between free weights, ab work and the plyometrics. Friday will be a tough day. I'll run on the treadmill for an hour, then come home and do my two sets of weights and ab work, and cap it off with plyometrics. Gotta end the week with a bang since Saturday is my day off. Well, in all honesty I will be hopping on the bike and taking the girl out fofr a bike ride. She loves being on her bike...
Are you working on a challenge or plan at the moment?
**I am! On August 18th in downtown Dallas is the Elvis Run. It's a 5k run and I"m registering to do it. I figure if I spend the money registering for it, I kinda HAVE to do it...
How was the weekend? On track...off track?
Well not great. Once again my weekend food was my downfall. I just seem to be around food at home so I tend to overeat on snacks. Plus it was a long weekend for me, so I actually had three days to overeat.
However, I did get an hour yoga workout in, which is more that what I usually do.
What lies ahead for you this week?
I have class on Wednesday, and then nothing else! It's a rare week for us with so little planned!

Well, I was doing the SELF challenge, but I'm not sure if I'm going to continue with it. I might have to try something else to keep me on track.
