Have you read this or the Abs Diet book? Thoughts?

Hey Gretchen, it SOUNDS good, but of course all those diet books sound good to me until I find out I have to restrict what I'm eating. LOL
Are you thinking of buying it? I'd be curious to hear what other think who might have read it!
I'm thinking on it. I usually get a book with a lot of faith in myself to read it but usually read the same old same old and never quite finish.
Here is some more info. I saw on the Today Show.
Abs Diet For Women
Has some food suggestions and one reason I asked about smoothie recipes. The thing that has my attention is it's talking about my trouble spot!
I have to say that info looks pretty reasonable! And doable even! Let me know if you get the book and what you think!
WOW Gretchen - a lot of the principles in that book are the exact same as in the book I'm doing! If this means I'll be losing some of my belly I'm A-ok with that! lol
The smoothies - I just posted below in my journal
Whey is a dairy product right? Maybe look in either the diet supplement section where they carry protein powders, or in the dry milk section (with baking goods maybe?).
I've not tried it as I try to shy away from a lot of dairy type stuff.
