HuMp Day~ couple of qestions....
It's the middle of week for us, and some only began yesterday...so instead of a "how's your week going?" post I thought of something else:

My workouts are on track and the weather is cooperating so I can ride my bike to work a couple more times this week!
What's one thing that your struggling with this week?
My eating needs to get a bit more under control. I'm having some snacking issues. LOL
What's one thing that's working out for you this week?
I have gotten 2 of my 3 C25K runs in for the week so far and I have been doing great with eating dinner early and getting out side to work some of it off
What's one thing that your struggling with this week?
Myself...I know that sounds weird but it has been a struggle being me this week which makes it hard to get out there and get moving....but I'm doing it!

One thing working out?Fitness and eating have been going well.
One thing struggling?Basement flooded,had to rip out the carpet and suck up over 20 gallons of water,and insurance does not cover it due to seepage!
Sounds like we're all having a little of this, a little of that so far this week! Here's to a smooth remainder for us all....

Food is actually going relatively well, it's one of those weeks where (knock on wood) I've had no cravings!
What's one thing that your struggling with this week?
Sleep- don't seem to be getting much of it. It's hot and muggy now.....doesn't make for ideal sleeping circumstances. Plus I've been waking up with a twinge in my lower back (I plan on doing some Yoga this afternoon).
