Does anyone use whey protein powder? Can you tell me more about it?

They have really come a long way in whey protein shakes. There are some out there now that, while still have a hint of that bitter uncooked pancake taste, are a lot better than they used to be.

EAS is a good brand!

Protein Powder is a decent option for when whole food is not an option, or when you get a little tired of eating meat. I'll usually have one a day for one of my mini meals. You can go to walmart or a GNC and find plenty of options. Don't buy into all the hype with specialty protien powders they have now. Get a whey protein powder from a reputable company. EAS, or the GNC brand are both good choices. Buy in bulk for a even better deal!

My Dh uses it sll the time.He swears by it!
