Glutes workout?

I have pretty much hit my goal of my weight at 115 lbs and now I am toning up more.I am still having issues with my glutes.I do a stepper machine for about 30 mins a day and squats and lunges but still am having trouble achieving "BUNS OF STEEL".Any suggestions?

I notice a difference when I run. which I 20 to 30 minutes between 4 to 5 mph with about 2% grade.

I haven't tried that.Thanks,I will when I work out later.Like I said i am willing to try anything at this point!

Walking.....that worked for me ;-)
Though- it needs some toning again too!
