Glutes workout?

I have pretty much hit my goal of my weight at 115 lbs and now I am toning up more.I am still having issues with my glutes.I do a stepper machine for about 30 mins a day and squats and lunges but still am having trouble achieving "BUNS OF STEEL".Any suggestions?
