or push it a bit?

Today, I woke up and was utterly exhausted. Yesterday, I worked out and then at work, I had to move around a ton of heavy binders (workout in itself). So, I wasn't sure if I should workout this morning, or not and let my body rest from yesterday's workout and binder fun.

What're your thoughts?

BTW, I decided not to work out and let my body rest. I'm also debating on making Thursday a "rest day" since I typically have to play with heavy binders and do some massive filing all day. And then I'll workout Friday. OR, I workout Thursday morning, do the binder thing, and then rest Friday. Thoughts on that?

Thanks.

I think it depends on your workout.

I guess I'm afraid to burn out like I did a bit ago. But, I will try that next time and see how it feels. If I'm more tired then I'll know, nope, not a good idea. If I feel better, than I'll follow your advice. LOL

Cher, to be honest I don't think there's a way that will always work...IMO just go with whatever works/feels right that day. Sounds like you are still in the groove though!

If you try it, pace yourself.

Oh great advice. I think I like all of the advice I got today. Basically, what I'm hearing you all say is, "try to exercise, but if you're not feeling it, don't do it, if you are, go for it". :)

I think I'll try that another time. Drag myself to the elliptical, and like you said, if I feel great after a few mins, keep going. If not, stop.
