Here we go ladies......let's get this summer challenge rolling!

Week 1- Pick one of the elements and focus on that

For this week the idea is to pick one of the above elements and really focus on it. That's certainly not to say you get away with ignoring the others!!!
For example:

My personal goal is to workout at least for 100 minutes

Thanks for posting this early so I don't derail myself right off the bat this week!!
I'm going to really focus on food this week.
I want to stay under 1500 calories. Getting that protein and fiber %s up!

Okay...Since I'm in Ithaca all week away from my gym, I'll say food.
Essentially, keeping the sludge out--avoiding refined carbohydrates, caffeine, alcohol, and excessive sweeteners (exceptions made for my decaf coffee, Light'n'Fit yogurt, SF Jello and a small daily treat like a truffle or half a deli cookie).
