Here we go ladies......let's get this summer challenge rolling!


June 11-17
Week 1- Pick one of the elements and focus on that



Key Elements


Exercise


Food


Water


For this week the idea is to pick one of the above elements and really focus on it. That's certainly not to say you get away with ignoring the others!!!


For example:


This week my focus will be....EXERCISE
My personal goal is to workout at least for 100 minutes

Exercise I am ok with.I do about 30-45 mins a day.But I really have to be concious about cutting back my calories to 1200.That is my goal this week!

Thanks,I came in at 1400 cals today,not exactly what I was looking for but ok I guess!

Thanks for posting this early so I don't derail myself right off the bat this week!!


I'm going to really focus on food this week.


I want to stay under 1500 calories. Getting that protein and fiber %s up!

I'm aiming for exercise since I'd like to be up to 30 mins a day by the end of the month. So, I gotta push myself. I put 80, but will aim for more.

Okay...Since I'm in Ithaca all week away from my gym, I'll say food.

Essentially, keeping the sludge out--avoiding refined carbohydrates, caffeine, alcohol, and excessive sweeteners (exceptions made for my decaf coffee, Light'n'Fit yogurt, SF Jello and a small daily treat like a truffle or half a deli cookie).
