Here we go ladies......let's get this summer challenge rolling!
June 11-17
Week 1- Pick one of the elements and focus on that
Key Elements
Exercise
Food
Water
For this week the idea is to pick one of the above elements and really focus on it. That's certainly not to say you get away with ignoring the others!!!
For example:
This week my focus will be....EXERCISE
My personal goal is to workout at least for 100 minutes

Tell me about it... Well at least I save my money!
I found out that my favorite treat at Starbucks (iced coffee things) can have 26 grams of fat! I still want it bad, but can't justify all that fat...it's a heart attack in a cup! Too bad it's so yummy...........
Is it too late for me to jump on the summer challenge?? It might be just what I need. My goal for the week is a puny one compared to everyone elses, but I have excuses all set. ;) My kids have been sick with various cruds for WEEKS with strep, flu, colds and coughs reactions to antibiotics, and now fevers of 104! Argh! I've asked my dh to get up 20 minutes early so I can at least get in that much exercise in a day. So that's my meager goal for the week - 20 minutes a day. Will take on more of a *challenge* next week.

SHUCKS - A challenge already and it's Thursday! lol
Well, since this was such a busy week at work I haven't logged my food so my concentration will have to be EXERCISE! because I'm still attempting to get my workouts in! I'm aiming for at least 5 structured workouts this week!
