Week 1- Pick one of the elements and focus on that

For this week the idea is to pick one of the above elements and really focus on it. That's certainly not to say you get away with ignoring the others!!!
For example:
This week my focus will be....EXERCISE
My personal goal is to workout at least for 100 minutes
